Responsibilities:
- Photograph live events, including proposals, celebrations, and romantic experiences
- Capture candid moments, details, decor, and overall atmosphere
- Work calmly and professionally with clients during emotional or time-sensitive moments
- Deliver clean, polished, client-ready galleries within agreed timelines
- Coordinate with our team on timing, location, and special requests
Requirements:
- Experience photographing couples, proposals, lifestyle, or events

Content Creator / Social Media Manager
Join Picnic Makers as a Content Creator and Social Media Manager and help turn luxury picnics and events into content that drives real results. From beach proposals to birthday celebrations, you’ll capture and edit scroll-stopping videos and run a clear social strategy that generates leads and bookings.
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Los Angeles (Zip 90066) — Must be local and able to travel to shoots
Key goal: Create consistent, high-quality content and manage our social channels with a clear strategy that increases leads (inquiries) and bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Attend live events (often evenings and weekends) to film content
- Capture setup, behind-the-scenes, decor details, team energy, and client reactions (when appropriate)
- Edit and deliver short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Plan and manage a weekly content calendar (posts, stories, reels, short-form, highlights)
- Write captions and on-screen text with clear calls-to-action that drive inquiries
- Manage posting and scheduling across platforms (consistent cadence)
- Engage with comments and DMs professionally; route qualified leads to our booking process
- Stay current with trends, formats, and audio — and adapt them to a luxury brand aesthetic
- Track performance weekly (views, saves, shares, profile visits, link clicks, inquiries) and report what’s working
- Collaborate with the team on promotions, seasonal offers, and service priorities (proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, date experiences, and more)
Requirements:
- Proven experience creating high-quality short-form video content (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content mechanics
- Excellent editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Comfortable building a simple strategy: content pillars, posting cadence, hooks, CTAs, and lead flow
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail (luxury look and feel)
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability in the West LA area
- Professional communication and dependable follow-through
- Bonus: Experience filming events, photography, or working with luxury brands

This is a part-time, as-needed role with a flexible schedule — ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in different locations.
Job Type: Part-time (as needed), flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
A typical shift includes:
- Meeting at our storage location to help pack and load inventory
- Driving to the event location (beach, park, backyard, etc.)
- Assisting with setup, styling, and keeping the area organized
- Supporting the team during the event when needed
- Helping with breakdown, cleanup, and returning items to storage
Physical Requirements:
- This role can be physical and may include lifting and moving tables and inventory during the day.
Hours:
- Typically 4–8 hours per shift
- Additional hours may be available depending on the schedule (confirmed in advance)
Requirements:
Event experience is a plus, but not required — we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do:
A typical shift includes:
- Arriving at our storage location to pack and load inventory
- Driving to the event location (beach, park, backyard, etc.)
- Unloading, assisting with setup, and keeping the area organized
- Helping with breakdown, cleanup, and returning items to storage

- This role is physical and includes lifting and moving inventory (tables and decor) throughout the day.

- Typically 5–8 hours per shift
