Outdoor Movie Night Rental Contract

1. Services

1.1 Picnic Makers provides outdoor movie night rental services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Our services include a comprehensive setup with a high-quality projector, sound system, and screen, along with cozy seating and ambient lighting.

1.2 All movie night packages are pre-packaged. We endeavor to meet your preferences within the scope of our offerings, but the final setup and aesthetics are determined by us. Customizations may incur additional fees.

1.3 Please ensure timely arrival to facilitate setup and to enjoy the full movie experience as planned. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

1.4 Equipment must be supervised at all times to prevent loss or damage. Unattended equipment is the responsibility of the renter.

1.5 For public spaces or larger events requiring permits, our team can assist through our event planning services.

1.6 We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with legal and company policies.

2. Weather and Location Adjustments

2.1 We may advise a location change or event postponement in the case of bad weather conditions like rain or high winds to ensure safety and a positive experience.

2.2 If the customer insists on proceeding despite our advice, they accept all risks and liability for any potential damages or losses.

2.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the movie night at any time if conditions pose a safety risk. Affected clients will be notified promptly to arrange a convenient alternate date.

3. Payment

3.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the remainder due on the day of the event. We do not store credit card details for your security.

4. ID Requirements

Valid identification may be required on the event day to match the details provided in the booking form, enhancing event security.

5. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund

Rescheduling due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances is permitted once within three months of the original date, with a 72-hour notice required. Additional changes may incur fees.

6. Equipment

6.1 Clients are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Any damage or loss will result in fees to cover repairs or replacement.

7. Advertising and Promotion

7.1 We reserve the right to use any photographs or videos taken at your event for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested not to by the client.

8. Liability

8.1 Picnic Makers is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the event. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picnic Makers from any claims arising out of or related to the event.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other emergencies, Picnic Makers is not responsible for any failure to perform. If the event must be canceled under such circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling options.

10. Acceptance of Terms

10.1 By booking an outdoor movie night with Picnic Makers, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so please review them regularly to stay informed of any changes.
